Le Moulin aux Moines, whose construction began at about the year 500, became the property of Mr and Mrs CHENU Hubert in 1957, date in which they recreated a wine growing estate.
Today, we exploit 5 hectares of vineyards on the municipalities of Savigny les Beaune, and Chorey les Beaune.
We produce red wines on these naming and a white wine on Savigny from the vine Pinot Blanc in 100 %.
